Meet the Founder
Trisheena Foster, MSN, BSN, RN
My perspective on healthcare has been shaped by seeing it from many sides. Over more than 15 years in nursing, I have worked at the bedside, in case management, nursing leadership, transitions of care, and nursing education.
Each role has shown me something different about what makes healthcare work—and what happens when the processes behind patient care do not work as they should.
I have seen how a breakdown in communication can affect a discharge, how an inefficient workflow can create unnecessary work for a clinical team, and how processes that look good on paper do not always translate well into day-to-day practice. I have also learned that the people closest to the work often have valuable insight into what needs to change.
Why SHE Clinical Strategies
I created SHE Clinical Strategies, LLC to bring that real-world clinical perspective to healthcare organizations. My goal is not to walk in with a one-size-fits-all solution. It is to understand how an organization currently works, identify where there are opportunities to improve, and help develop practical strategies that make sense for the people who will actually use them.
Evaluate processes from the perspective of the people doing the work. This may include documentation practices, staff education, clinical support, and opportunities to strengthen consistency in everyday practice.
Clinical Practice & Team Support
Examine how patients, information, and responsibilities move across the care continuum. We help identify breakdowns in communication and coordination that can contribute to delays, duplication, or gaps in care.
Care Coordination & Transitions
Identify workflow gaps, unnecessary steps, and processes that create delays or added work for clinical teams. The goal is to develop practical improvements that support smoother day-to-day operations.

Experience That Informs the Work
Clinical Practice
More than 15 years of nursing experience across medical-surgical, telemetry, post-surgical, surgical oncology, cardiac, and other acute-care settings. This experience provides a firsthand understanding of how workflows and organizational processes affect care at the bedside.
Leadership & Operations
Experience in nursing leadership overseeing staffing, documentation compliance, clinical operations, staff development, patient experience, and process improvement.
Care Coordination & Transitions
Experience coordinating discharge planning, identifying barriers to progression, and working across nursing, physicians, utilization review, medical records, and other disciplines to support continuity of care.
Clinical Education
Experience educating and mentoring nursing students in simulation and clinical environments, with an emphasis on clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and translating knowledge into patient care.
